B7 Transport provides vehicle transportation services within the United Kingdom. Our services include the collection and delivery of vehicles from a designated pickup location to a specified delivery destination.
All bookings must be made through our online platform. Prices are calculated based on the distance between pickup and delivery locations at our current rate per mile. The price quoted at the time of booking is final for that booking.
Vehicles must be in a roadworthy condition and have valid insurance, MOT (where applicable), and road tax. We reserve the right to refuse transport of any vehicle that does not meet these requirements.
Bookings may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time without penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee.
All transported vehicles are covered by our comprehensive goods in transit insurance. However, we recommend that vehicle owners maintain their own insurance coverage. B7 Transport is not liable for any pre-existing damage to vehicles or personal items left inside vehicles during transport.
While we endeavour to meet scheduled delivery times, these are estimates only. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. B7 Transport is not liable for any losses resulting from delayed deliveries.
Customers must ensure accurate information is provided at the time of booking, including correct addresses and contact details. Customers must be available at both pickup and delivery locations or arrange for a representative to be present.
B7 Transport reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.
